draw to scale

This is the term used for something which is drawn by using a specific scale.

For example, the height of a real horse is 150 cm. If we make a scale drawing of the horse by using a scale of 1:10, its height should be 15 cm:

150 ÷ 10 = 15 cm

The scale 1:10 means that anything in the picture with a size of 1, has a real size of 10.
