A hexagon is a polygon with six vertices and six sides.

There are two types of hexagon:

(1) Regular hexagon

(2) Irregular hexagon.

Regular hexagons and irregular hexagons have six sides, and the interior angles of both add up to a total of 720°. The interior angles of a regular hexagon are always 120°, 720° ÷ 6 = 120°. The interior angles of an irregular hexagon are not all equal.
