less than or equal to
Sign: ≤
If we compare a set of values, we can say that the numbers in the set are less than or equal to a specific number. We use the ≤ sign to show this.
For example, ≤ 6. 3 satisfies this condition because 3 is less than 6. Also satisfying this condition is 6 because it is equal to 6.
The opposite of ‘less than or equal to’ is ‘greater than or equal to’.
