days of the week

This is the term used for the days which form a whole week.

There are 7 days in a week. In order of occurrence, they are:

• Monday

• Tuesday

• Wednesday

• Thursday

• Friday

• Saturday

• Sunday.

The above order is the standard international order, but many people and many countries still consider Sunday to be the first day of the week rather than Monday.
